Who these terms cover

These terms cover the Barraxworld website and the apps and games published by Burotec Limited. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Burotec Limited, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact hello@barraxworld.co.uk for general enquiries or support@barraxworld.co.uk for game support.

App Store licence

For an app downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the app supplies its own licence. These terms do not replace it. We are responsible for our apps and for supporting them. Apple’s obligations are those in its own agreements.

Using our games and services

Use our games and website lawfully. Please do not exploit security weaknesses, disrupt our services, manipulate leaderboards, impersonate other people, or use abusive or unlawful display names. If you find a problem, report it to support rather than exploiting it. If you misuse the service we may limit or remove your access, in a way that is proportionate and respects your statutory rights.

Artwork and other content

Our games, code, artwork and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Your licence to use an app lets you play it under its terms and does not transfer ownership. Nothing here restricts what the law allows.

Purchases

If a game offers paid content, its price and what you get are shown before you buy. Payments and refund requests are handled through Apple’s processes, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Any subscription will show its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you buy.

Online features and updates

Online features need a working internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults. Features may change as a game develops, subject to the law and to what we told you when you bought it. We keep our legal obligations to supply digital content that works as described and to provide updates where required.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Your consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live and to rely on that country’s mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we will show the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on this site.
